Journeys and Rewards

Journeys are designed to serve unmet customer needs and prioritise customer Jobs To Be Done (JTBD). They allow you to extend capabilities of your application without the hassle of iOS / Android marketplace interactions. They allow the application of Zero-Shared Data practises without sending anything to the backend while still producing valuable outputs for the user to foster trust & loyalty and achieve desired outcomes. You can also ask for consented Zero-Pary Data sharing via the Journeys and reward those who choose to share their data.

Journeys

Journeys are designed on the Orchestrator and deployed to and executed by the Mobile SDK inside your mobile application triggerred by your application code. They bring everything that the DataSapien technology offers, together:

  • Collect MeData to be stored and processed completely on-edge (Zero-Shared Data) and / or to be sent to the backend with clear user consent (Zero-Party data) for further processing
  • Design and deploy completely new screens and logic (in form of scripts) with minimal or no coding
  • Make use of on-device AI that has access to user's MeData for on-edge low cost AI-powered use cases
  • Target an Audience
  • Optionally Reward those who choose to engage within targeted Audience

A Journey is a collection of steps and transitions between them that are executed in a specific order. The Journey Editor on the Orchestrator enables you to create and connect steps visually. You can define logic that determines which step is executed next based on MeData, user input, data fetched via an API or other conditions. This, coupled with ability to build and deploy custom screens, allows you to extend your application to engage with your customers across virtually endless use cases.

tip

As an analogy; think that DataSapien Platform's Journeys are the WordPress (with Data and AI) for mobile apps - to empower them them with on-edge data & intelligence.

Rewards

At DataSapien, we understand that the exchange of data between customers and companies is not just a matter of compliance or functionality, it's an opportunity to create meaningful value for both parties. Data sharing is a two-way street. On one hand, brands gain insights and intelligence to enhance user experiences and services. On the other, users should receive something tangible in return for their contribution. This is where the rewards come into play.

The DataSapien platform has a pluggable reward architecture. This means you can tailor the rewards system to fit the unique needs of your brand and your users. Here are some examples of transactional rewards that can be offered: Money (Fiat Currency), Coupons, Vouchers, Loyalty Points etc. You can define reward types on the Orchestrator and grant rewards to users in exchange of their Zero-Party data when creating the Journeys using the Journey Editor.
