The DataSapien platform is built around three seamlessly integrated core components, designed to achieve on-device personalization and at scale:

  • Orchestrator: The intuitive, low/no-code design and control interface for managing on-device functionality. Here, brands define data types, deploy AI models, orchestrate customer journeys, configure consent flows, and integrate with CRMs/CDPs—all while maintaining full oversight and compliance.
  • Mobile SDK: Easily embedded into your existing mobile applications (supporting iOS and Android native, as well as hybrid frameworks like React Native or Flutter). The SDK transforms apps into powerful personal data vaults, enabling secure on-device data collection, storage, and AI/ML processing—delivering real-time, hyper-personalized experiences without compromising user privacy.
  • Mobile Backend: Serves as the scalable bridge connecting the Orchestrator to distributed on-device SDK instances. It handles secure model distribution, configuration syncing, API integrations, and aggregated (anonymized) insights reporting, ensuring reliable performance across millions of devices.

Tiered On-Device Intelligence​

DataSapien employs a three-tiered AI approach.

  1. Deterministic that is rule or script-based. You can create data-based Rules and author scripts on DataSapien Orchestrator and deploy them to be available within minutes to be executed on-edge by DataSapien Mobile SDK.
  2. Classic Probabilistic that utilises pretrained ML models. The DataSapien Orchestrator allows you to configure and deploy models and the DataSapien Mobile SDK contains everything to execute them on-egde, integratable to your use cases.
  3. Generative makes use of on device AI models (including LLMs & SLMs) on-edge with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) fed from all on-edge collected data held in the Mobile SDK managed data vault.
