📄️ MeData & Collection
MeData is a collected data value that contains information about a user or user’s possessions. The user’s Date of Birth, inferred age, mobile phone brand, downloaded apps, gender, Twitter tweets, income, average resting heart rate, and inferred personality class can all be examples of MeData.
📄️ Segments & Audiences
In a broad sense, “Audience” is just a target/consumer group of people for an activity. This definition of audience is fine for spoken language but we need a more systematic way to describe how we target users. To do so we need to define some ‘aspects’ and know what aspects any given user has. This raises 2 questions:
📄️ Rules
Rules are the simplest form of intelligence that the DataSapien Platform provides. Rules are constructed with a condition using MeData Definitions and an action to be performed when this condition is met.
📄️ Journeys & Exchanges
Journeys & Exchanges are designed to serve unmet customer needs and priority customer "Jobs To Be Done (JTBD). They allow you to extend capabilities of your application without the hassle of iOS / Android market place interactions. They allow the application of Zero-Shared Party practises without sending anything to the backend while still producing valuable outputs for the user to foster trust & loyalty and achieve desired outcomes. Journeys & Exchanges are designed on Orchestrator and deployed to and executed by Mobile SDK.
📄️ Scripts
The DataSapien Mobile SDK makes use of an embedded JavaScript Engine and the DataSapien Orchestrator features a capable Script Editor with code completion support. Using the web-based Script Editor, you can author scripts on the Orchestrator and deploy them to the Mobile SDK to be executed on-edge, seamlessly integrated with your UX.
📄️ Rewards
At DataSapien, we understand that the exchange of data between customers and Companies is not just a matter of compliance or functionality, it's an opportunity to create meaningful value for both parties. Our platform is built on the premise that when users choose to share their data, they're engaging in a valuable transaction, one that merits recognition and reward. Solving Customer "Jobs To Be Done" (JTBD) through exchanges and journeys delivers emotional, social and functional value to customers. However, there are times where more traditional, transactional forms of value are still useful, either on their own or designed as an element of a User Experience (UX) flow.
