Zero-Party Data Submission

DataSapien platform not only allows on-edge processing of personal data but also ethical, consented, and future regulation-proof access to it as a Zero-Party Data (ZPD) platform.

Data Submission

The DataSapien Mobile SDK collects and stores personal data on user devices and Journeys & Exchanges are the primary use-case to process them on edge. In addition to the on-edge processing Mobile SDK can submit data collected during Journey or Exchange execution to the Mobile Backend:

  1. Exchanges, the survey-oriented lightweight Journeys, are the fastest ZPD access method provided by the DataSapien platform. Collected MeData and answers to survey questions are submitted to the Mobile Backend upon Exchange completion.
  2. Journeys are more powerful and can submit ZPD in more complex ways/forms than the Exchanges. Journeys can include scripts to process and combine collected MeData and user input in any way you like including gen AI output.

Data Bridge and Basic Processing

The Mobile Backend can push submitted Zero-Party Data into your systems for further processing acting as a Zero-Party Data bridge between Mobile SDK instances and your systems like Data Lakes / Business Intelligence.

Mobile Backend stores submitted ZPD in JSON format and can perform some basic preprocessing including clustering and segmentation.

info

Note that DataSapien is not a data storage/analysis platform but an intelligent bridge. Long-term storage and advanced processing of ZPD are expected to be done by your systems.
